What are Vitamin B12 Injections? 

Vitamin B12 injections are becoming more and more popular. This is because the awareness of the benefits are found in almost every article relating to good health & well-being.

Vitamin B12 is crucial in the functioning of our defensive system that fights harmful viruses and bacteria. Deficiencies can also affect our bodies energy resulting in fatigue, stress, reduction in physical stamina and tiredness, as well as disturbed sleep.

Recently, the increasing popularity of veganism has lead to many adults becoming deficient in B12. This has resulted in a reduction of living optimally a healthy and active life.

How long does it take to work?

A response from the injection is usually seen within 48 to 72 hours. For people with a high deficiency it may take longer.
